Author of several articles published in widely circulated newspapers and magazines in the legal field. He has extensive experience in collective negotiations, legal audits and due diligence, collective legal actions, inspections carried out by labor authorities, preparatory procedures and civil investigations instituted by the Public Ministry of Labor. Works in the preventive and litigious spheres in the area of Consumer Law. His experience includes advising clients on filing lawsuits, drafting defensethese and resources, and procedural monitoring before Consumer Police Stations, Public Prosecutor's Offices, Special Civil Courts and JusticeCommon.

Postgraduate in Civil Procedure from PUC São Paulo; specialized in Labor Law, as well as an MBA in HR from FIA/USP, Member of the Brazilian Bar Association – OAB and the São Paulo Lawyers Association – AASP. Author of several articles published in newspapers and magazines of wide circulation in the legal field. He is also a specialist in Social Security and has great expertise in advising clients regarding risk analysis in remuneration plans, creation of profit sharing plans, stock options and other forms of remuneration, as well as issues relating to safety and health at work and union negotiations.
